Custom & Personalized Orders
Every item we create is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because each product is uniquely personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours at  pli.london.studio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Order Accuracy
Please review your custom options, spelling, names, and address details carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process.
